KARMA

Karma Collins Couch brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, sales leadership and team development.
Karma’s success can, in large part, be attributed to an ability to ask the right questions, step back and see things from a different perspective. This has helped her develop teams and strategies in a variety of industries and roles. From leading a team tasked with designing staff-facing software for a global organization, to oversight of the sales and marketing efforts of multiple hotels, to helping new doctors establish their optometry practices, Karma has repeatedly helped organizations balance customer requests with bottom line objectives.
Karma and her husband, Joel, are proud residents of Cody, Wyoming. As a Denver native, Karma is passionate about the outdoors, the Denver Broncos (especially the 1977 Orange Crush Defense) and the Colorado Avalanche.
The most important things in life: God, family, the mountains, coffee, a perfectly timed and executed corner blitz, cheese fries, sunshine and mystery novels.
